2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

   No, we currently don’t offer COD. Please use our online payment methods to place your order.
   
   

3. Are there any additional charges for different size requirement?

   We note that additional charges are applicable on all orders being customized. Further, for plus sizes, 'XL' and above (bust size 40.5 inch and above), we charge a 10% to 20% additional charge on the retail product price. We also charge additional for all alteration done on products bought on sale/discount.
   
   

4. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

   We recommend creating an account for a smoother and more personalized shopping experience. It’s quick and easy — just enter your name, email ID, and password to sign up. Then, provide your shipping details and choose a payment method to complete your order.
   
   

5. How can I cancel an order?

   Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement, as long as they haven’t been prepared for dispatch. After 48 hours, cancellations will not be accepted. Please note, orders cannot be revised once placed. If you wish to make changes, you'll need to cancel the order within the allowed time and place a new one.

   There are two ways to remove previously saved credit card details:
   - Edit or add a new shipping or billing address.

   Shipping is free. We only accept online payments via our secure gateway — COD is not available.

   Ready to Ship selection will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping

• We ship from our Delhi office and shipping is free within India. Once your item has been processed & dispatched it is usually delivered within the ‘Estimated arrival time’ mentioned on the product page.
  
  
• For international orders, we use FedEx and DHL for delivery.
  
  
• Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on time from order. www.bharatreshma.com cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.
  
  
• If your order has multiple products with different delivery dates, all products are shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are ready.
  
  
• Please note that bharatreshma.com does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code / zip code.

Returns

We are unable to accept returns on any products.

Only in exceptional cases where the garment gets damaged in transit or a wrong order is delivered, a ‘return’ request along with photograph of damaged product(s) at customercare@bharatreshma.com can be sent.

The request will be reviewed at our end and communicated to you via email. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund.

Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances (i.e. National Holiday). Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of www.bharatreshma.com.

A cancelled order will result in a credit to the users credit card/account. Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.

Alterations

All alterations have a minimum lead-time of 12 – 20 days depending on the extent of alteration required.

www.bharatreshma.com takes 4 days to confirm the alteration after receiving a request. An alteration request is considered confirmed only when bharatreshma.com approves it.

Wholesale Enquiries & Orders

At Bharat Reshma, we believe that ethnic wear truly shines when it fits perfectly. To ensure you experience both elegance and comfort with every piece, we offer complimentary alteration services for all products purchased from us.

Alteration Service Process

• Eligibility: Alteration services are available only for apparel. Footwear and accessories are not eligible.
• Alteration services are free of charge for the first 3 months from purchase.
• After 3 months, alterations are chargeable.
• To avail the service, please visit the nearest Bharat Reshma store within three months of purchase.
• Presenting your online order details or invoice is mandatory at the store.
• The timeline to collect the altered garment will be communicated by the store team directly.

Terms & Conditions of Alteration Service

• If the alteration request is raised after three months of purchase, stores are not bound to provide the service.
• Products once altered are not eligible for return or refund.
• The store is only responsible for altering the garment. For other online order assistance, please contact customer care.
• Alteration is limited to garment fitting only. Customization or rectification is not included in this service.

• Standard Measurement:
  • As per your requested Chest Size measurement, the Waist & Hip measurement will be automatically calculated for alteration.
  • Product delivery time frame is minimized and we try to dispatch as per the estimated date on our website.
• Custom Measurement:
  • Dispatch date will be extended to 20–30 days after receiving measurements.
  • Ensures a perfect fit of the product.
  • Please mention whether the measurement is Regular Fit or Comfort Fit.
  • Regular Fit: tailored exactly as provided.
  • Comfort Fit: tailored with +2 inch or +5 cm loosening.

We ensure the best quality products. Slight variation in color may occur due to studio lighting during photography.

Production complexity may cause delays. Measurement verification may also delay the process. Orders cannot be canceled during garment construction.

Exchange Rate

Refunds
